Terms of service

The short version

You send us what you have; we send back a drawing and a fixed price. If you approve, we make the part and deliver it with material certifications and a dimensional inspection report. A quoted price is fixed for the work described. If a part doesn't match its drawing, we remake it or credit you.

Quotes and orders

A quote is valid until the date printed on it. Approving a quote (with your PO or cost code where required by your organisation) forms an order at that price. Delivery dates are commitments for the work described; if the request changes, the quote is reissued.

Fit and conformance

Parts are made to the approved drawing. Responsibility for the drawing matching the ship is shared: we derive it from what you send and you approve it before we make anything. Parts that do not conform to the approved drawing are remade or credited at our expense.

Payment

Invoices are issued on shipment, NET 30 unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Your data

Everything you upload remains your organisation's. See the privacy policy. We never resell, publish, or share your parts, drawings, or photos with anyone but the shop making your part.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. Parts are general-service fabrications unless a certification requirement is stated on the quote; do not order pressure-boundary or classed structural parts without telling us, because we will decline them.
